Dr. Sanchez has had the privilege to be at the helm of various organizations. With each of those roles, a core element of his success has been building a culture of excellence having the expectation for providing high quality service to the thousands of children and families served. Additionally, his leadership roles have offered the opportunity to model his inclusive and collaborative style for leadership. Dr. Sanchez’s work as a classroom and building educator, administrator in nonprofit youth related and community development programs, and leader with the United Way system has provided great insight in working as part of a collective to help all children and families experience success at home, in the community, and in school.
